Loan Processing

Calvert Corporate Funding receives payments for its services from the funding sources or from the client at closing. In general, our fees are consistent with traditional institutional fees on similar loan/investment requests.

Interest Rates

You should expect interest rates on your transaction to be above traditional banking rates due to the risk assessment taken by lenders. We will discuss lender/investor options with you and help — if needed — to review the impact various options will have on your current and long term business requirements and sustainability.
